By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility

You must:

• Be at least 18 years old or the legal age in your jurisdiction,
• Have the legal authority to enter into agreements,
• Use the Services in compliance with applicable laws.

Businesses using the Services represent that they have authority to bind their organization.

3. Nature of Services

• Analytics dashboards,

• APIs and integrations,
• SaaS-based platforms,

Outputs generated by AI systems may occasionally contain inaccuracies, incomplete information, or unintended results. Users are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time.

4. User Accounts

To access certain features, users may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate information,
• Keep credentials secure,
• Notify us of unauthorized access,
• Accept responsibility for activity under your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Services for:

• Illegal activities, Fraud or deceptive practices, Harassment or abuse,
• Distribution of malware or malicious code,
• Reverse engineering proprietary systems,
• Spamming or excessive automated requests,
• Generating unlawful, hateful, or harmful content,
• Violating intellectual property rights,
• Collecting sensitive personal data unlawfully,
• High-risk activities without human oversight.

You must not use the Services to:

• Provide medical diagnoses,
• Deliver legal advice without professional review,
• Conduct financial decision-making without verification,
• Create misleading AI impersonations.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Services remain owned by Tricodify Labs or its licensors, including software, branding, UI/UX, APIs, models, prompts, documentation, and website content.

Users retain ownership of content they submit, but grant us a limited license to process, store, and display such content for providing the Services. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, or modify proprietary portions of the Services without authorization.

7. AI-Specific Disclaimers

You acknowledge that AI-generated responses may contain inaccuracies and should not replace professional judgment. Results may vary depending on user input, and AI systems are probabilistic and non-deterministic. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, business outcomes, revenue generation, or lead conversion rates.

8. Payments and Billing

If you purchase paid Services:

• Fees are billed according to your selected plan,
• Payments may be processed through third-party providers,
• Subscription fees may renew automatically unless canceled,
• Failure to pay may result in suspension.

Unless otherwise stated, payments are non-refundable.

9. Third-Party Services

Our Services may integrate with third-party providers including Firebase, Google APIs, OpenAI, Anthropic, Stripe, and CRM systems. We are not responsible for third-party outages, platform policies, or data handling by third parties.

10. Data and Security

We implement commercially reasonable measures to protect data. Users are responsible for securing their devices and protecting account credentials. You agree not to upload illegal content, malware, or sensitive regulated information without authorization.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tricodify Labs shall not be liable for indirect damages, lost profits, data loss, or AI inaccuracies. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the preceding 12 months.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tricodify Labs from claims arising out of your misuse of the Services, violation of laws, or infringement of third-party rights.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if your use creates legal or security risks. You may stop using the Services at any time.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh, India.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
